The content layout macro enables you to create sections, especially for landing pages.
Step 1:

Click on '+' on the menu bar, then select 'other macros

Easy access of macros: type the symbol { then type the name of a macro. If you are not sure of the exact name, once you enter the symbol { click on 'open macros browser' |
Step 2: Search content layout macro.
Step 3: Click Insert and publish the page. Don't worry about the content yet, that comes in another place.
Step 4: Click "Start editing your content layout " without accessing the editing mode of the page.

Step 3: Fill the label section of the left vertical bar, and the other options if needed. Click preview, and if happy with the result, click insert.

Step 5: Click the + sign
Step 6: add a module
Step 7: Select a module, the most common on is the navigation highlight
Step 8: Fill in the boxes of the navigation highlight module.
