Categories
There are four main categories that form the information structure of the intranet, weCollaborate. They are Home, ABOUT UNEP, Essentials and Get InvolvedHOW WE WORK and STAFF ENGAGEMENT.

This category contains all the spaces relating to UNEP's structure for example: Divisions, Offices, Regional Offices and the Multilateral Environmental Agreements. It is organised organized around the hierarchy of UNEP. There are also spaces for the Staff Directory and the documents and minutes for the Senior Management Team.

This category contains all the spaces relating to strategies, policies, procedures, and key thematic topics. It is organised organized around themes. This is where policies, procedures, templates, strategies, evaluations, and other fundamental information can be found.  |

In addition to the categories there are three other menus in the intranet that contain quick and other links. They are the two hamburger or three-line menus and the profile menu.
