How to Access Wecollaborate
All colleagues with un.org email account and mapped to UNEP organization have automatic access to weCollaborate.
If you are logging in for the first time, please follow below steps:
Step 1 Log in to https://wecollaborate.unep.org/ and click on Microsoft ID Log-in
Step 2 - It will Redirect you to enter your email and password in order to log in. You can only access Wecollaborate if you have un.org email address.
Step 3 - After you have entered your email and password choose applicable sign in option: 1. Via MS Authenticator app, 2. Via a call or a SMS to your registered phone number. Below is the example of Authenticator sign in:
Step 4 - Once you authenticate it will log you in to Wecollaborate.
NB
Step 5 -You can only access Wecollaborate if you are mapped to UNEP outlook directory.
Step 6 - If you are in the process of transitioning from another entity to UNEP and require the mapping, please speak to your HR business partner to get mapped to UNEP. That was, your access to Wecollaborate will be automatic and will not require any further assistance from Enterprise Solutions Section technical team.
