There are four main categories that form the information structure of the intranet, weCollaborate. They are Home, ABOUT UNEP, HOW WE WORK and STAFF ENGAGEMENT.


This category contains the latest news, plus links to the applications gateway, UN holiday calendar, your profile, events hub and others.





This category contains all the spaces relating to UNEP's structure for example: Divisions, Offices, Regional Offices and the Multilateral Environmental Agreements. It is organized around the hierarchy of UNEP. 




This category contains all the spaces relating to strategies, policies, procedures, and key thematic topics. It is organized around themes. This is where policies, procedures, templates, strategies, evaluations, and other fundamental information can be found.

 



This category contains all the spaces relating to personal engagement activities. This includes coffee sessions, buddy systems, lunches, and much much more.


Other Menus

In addition to the categories there are three other menus in the intranet that contain quick and other links. They are the two hamburger or three-line menus and the profile menu.


This menu provides quick links to other sites, namely, weWork and weHelp. weHelp is UNEP's service desk.



This menu provides access to people, questions, courses, terms (including acronyms), calendars, the news hub, launchpad (application centre), and the event hub.



This menu provides access to links to help you manage your profile and other activities on the intranet, weCollaborate.
