Do you want to export a space as a PDF?It is easy with the following steps.

There are two ways to do that.

ONE-DOWNLOADING THE WHOLE SPACE AS PDF

1. Navigate to the desired space. On the top right side, click on the three horizontal dots.See below;

2. Select the three horizontal dots on the small window that appears

                             .

3. Select export to PDF which will download. The download will appear at the bottom of your screen.

TWO-EXPORTING AN SPECIFIC PAGES IN A SPACE

1. Navigate to the desired page. Next to the space name, click on .See below;

                   NOTE: If you see a dark blue line instead, click on the line to give you that tab.

 2. On the small window that appears, select Content Tools. Here, select export which will give different formats to export.

Select PDF format and click the next button.

3. On clicking NEXT, you are given options of PDF export.

4. Select the custom option. This will prompt all pages in the space to show. 

5.  Select the desired pages to export and click Export button.

6. The export process will start.

7. Once it is complete, click on the link as directed to download your PDF. 

The download will show at the pop up window at the bottom of your screen.
