Make sure that your menu options are expanded, you can do this by clicking on the thin black line.

Collapsed menu:

Expanded menu:

There are two options on how you can create a page on wecollaborate.

Option 1: click on create

Option 2: click on the three dots next to the create button then click on blank page and finally click on create

Add the page title

Add the page content and click on save on the bottom right hand corner of the page

If you click on close the page will not be saved

if you click on preview you will be able to see how the page will look like before you save it.
