There are two options to start archiving pages.
OPTION 1:
Click "view page status" and then "set archiving"
Once you click "set archiving", leave a reason for archiving in the text box and click set.
OPTION 2:
Step 1: Open the page you want to archive, scroll down to the comments section
Step 2: On the comment, label as archive and give the reason for archiving
e.g. #archive content updated on another page
Please remember to include the sign # |
Step 3: Click on the 3 lines next to the page name
Step 4: Select archive content
Step 5: Select start archiving
Once archiving is complete, you will get a result window displayed
