Do you want to export a space as a PDF? It is easy with the following steps.
There are two ways to do that.
A. DOWNLOADING A FEW OR ALL PAGES AS A PDF
1. Navigate to the desired space. On the top right side, click on the three horizontal dots. See below;
2. Select the three horizontal dots on the small window that appears
.
3. Select export to PDF which will download. The download will appear at the bottom of your screen.
B. EXPORTING A SPECIFIC PAGES AS A PDF
1. Navigate to the desired space. Next to the space name, click on the three lines (these only appear when you're hovering in the area). See below;
NOTE: If you only see a dark blue line, click on the line and the space name ribbon will appear.
2. On the small window that appears, select Content Tools. Here, select export which will give different export formats.
Select PDF format and click the next button.
3. The PDF export options will then appear.
4. Select normal if you want to download everything. Select the custom option if you only want to select some of the pages. Selecting custom will prompt all the pages in the space to appear.
5. Select the desired pages to export by clicking on the box in-front of the page. Then click Export.
6. The export process will start.
7. Once it is complete, click on the link as directed to download your PDF. The download will show at the pop up window at the bottom of your screen.
