Make sure that your menu options are expanded, you can do this by clicking on the thin black line.

Go to the Publishing Board Meetings and Submission Dates page
Click on create
Name the page according to the year you want to add
Type a curly bracket ({) and start typing the word child and select the children display macro
Your page will look like this
Click on save
