To create a list of tasks that are assigned to a person or persons and have a due date.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Create a new page by clicking on the "create" button and selecting blank page
    • Make sure that you create the new page in the correct space, this is the first drop-down option
  2. In the new page you can add tasks by clicking on the box with a tick in the top editor pane (see image below)
  3. To add a person to a task type the @ symbol and a list of users should appear
    • If you the person you are looking for does not appear as you begin to type their name check the spelling first, if all is in order contact ICTU to check if they are in the list of users.
  4. To add a due date to a task type // and a calendar should appear

 

The person and due date must appear in the same line as the check box otherwise the task reporting will not appear correctly.
